What Payments do you accept?

How do I place a booking?

To place a booking click on apartments on the top menu bar or use the search box on the homepage. Click on the desired property. The property details will appear click the availability calendar to see what dates are available, A book now button will allow you to place a book.

What is serviced accommodation?

A serviced accommodation/apartment offers all the convenience of a hotel, with a lot more space as you can enjoy the whole living area instead of being confined to a single room. It also offers added space, privacy, flexibility, a kitchen area, dining area and a living area. Our accommodations are great value for money compared to booking a hotel, giving you that 'Home away from home' feel.

What is your Cancelation Policy?

Any booking cancellations must be notified to us in writing.

 

Where you give notice of cancellation at least 14 days’ prior to the commencement of the hire period, no cancellation charge shall apply.

 

 Where you give less than 14 days’ notice of cancellation, we may charge a cancellation fee equivalent to the agreed price or two weeks’ rental, whichever is the lower.

 

 The apartment’s weekly rental shall be determined by reference to the agreed price and the booking.

 

Where you fail to arrive and check-in to the apartment as agreed we charge the cancellation fee referred to in this clause 3.

 

Where we act as agent for a preferred supplier their terms and conditions may differ from our own. The specific cancellation policy should be requested at the time of booking and will be stated on the confirmation.

 

Credit card surcharges are non-refundable.
